I’m Mo, a highly experienced and results-driven science educator with more than 11 years of full-time classroom teaching and private tutoring. Since qualifying in 2014, I have taught at several top-performing schools and currently serve as the Head of Science at an academy near London.
My leadership journey includes key roles such as Lead Practitioner, Head of Chemistry, and Assistant Curriculum Leader, through which I have contributed to raising standards and improving student outcomes.
I specialise in GCSE Combined Science, Triple Science, and A-Level Chemistry, offering expert instruction grounded in curriculum knowledge, real-world scientific context, and personalised support. My students consistently make measurable progress, and my teaching was highlighted in a recent Ofsted report when 91% of my Triple Science class achieved A*-A at GCSE.
Before entering education, I worked as a Drug Development Specialist in the pharmaceutical sector. This background allows me to connect abstract science concepts to real-life applications, enriching every lesson with relevance and clarity.
